I filled in the account sign up form but, I did not get an activation Harmful Effects of Dietary Supplements and Anabolic Steroids email from Cintell.
Please check all your email folders to ensure that the email was not automatically put into a subfolder. Also check to ensure that the email is not marked as spam by mistake. If you still do not find the email, please email us at support@cintell.net and we will help you.

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
Click on “Forgot Password” link on the sign in page and provide the email address that you used to sign up. Cintell will send you a link to reset your password.

I forgot my Username. What should I do?
Your Cintell Username is usually your email address. If you still are having difficulty, contact us at support@cintell.net and we will help you.

How do I change my password?
After you’ve logged in, hover over your username at the top right corner of the screen. Click “Profile” and in this user profile section, you will have access to change your password.

Can I create additional users in my account?
Yes! Depending on your subscription level, we support multiple users on a single account. There are two permission levels for your users – Full Access and Limited Read-Only. The main difference is the ability to created and edit your personas, analytics and primary research, vs. simply reviewing them.

To create a new user under your account, log in to your account, click your name in the top right and select Profile. On the profile screen, click the Users tab all the way to the right.

(NOTE: If you do not see the Users tab in the profile area, this is likely due to your subscription level. Contact us today about adding this to your account.)

• Enter the name, email address and title for the person you’d like to give access to your account.
• Select their level of access – Full Editing Access or Limited Read-Only. View the pop-up in this area to review the exact permissions available with each tier.

Once you click Submit, the user will receive an email within a few minutes with the subject “Your Cintell account created”. They should click the activation link in that email and set a password.
